Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days. Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take some time. Please bare with us as well, as sometimes we may sell out of supplies. Depending on when the online order is made, and the amount of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping. Sunny Hills Tea products are not waiting on the shelves for online orders. We aim to ship out our online order within 1-2 business days but please allow us 3-5 business days, unless the tea webpage says longer.
